I bake all types of desserts (cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, brownies, bars, fortune cookies, tarts, pies, etc.) for any occasion--weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, etc. I also specialize in dessert buffet tables for your special event. I supply all materials including the tables, linens, decorations and, of course, the yummy desserts!

I have ordered Gluten-Free, Peanut free, and Vegan deserts that are so good you would be surprised they were lacking the traditional items omitted. Chamin created desserts for two separate events that I was planning from out of state. The first was a "Lost" themed groom's cake for my wedding. I asked her to include a smoke monster and polar bear and she took it from there, adding incredible details that involved substantive research into the show. She also coordinated with the venue directly to deliver and set up the cake. It was completely seamless from my end and she managed to keep it a complete surprise from my husband.
The second event was my sister-in-law's baby shower. I gave some high-level guidance (my sister-in-law likes pickles, brownies, and lemons, it's a "sports" themed shower, and we'd like parting gifts for the guests) and Chamin turned it into a coherent, thoughtful, and delicious dessert spread. She included all of the favorite flavors (pickled-flavored popcorn in case you were wondering) and her beautiful display was the most-photographed area of the shower. And again I'd be remiss if I didn't mention logistics... Chamin handled all of the set up and picked up her display items the following day. I didn't have to do anything more than let her into the house and she handled the rest.
I will definitely use Chamin again for any type of big event and wish she lived in Virginia so I could use her services even more often! :)

Chamin made a beautiful and delicious dessert table for our wedding. Our theme was a vintage-inspired garden party and the display she came up with was perfect. Everything tasted wonderful; she used high quality ingredients and made something to delight everyone. Among the crowd pleasers: a flourless chocolate torte, a caramelized fruit tart, anddelightful carrot cake. Our "wedding" cake was so perfect! The best part was that she was so professional and easy to work with. (Well, and the desserts. Who am I kidding, they were the best part!) After brainstorming some ideas, she went ahead and took care of all the details and we didn't have to worry about a thing. My family loved her work so much that they hired Chamin to make the cakes for my sister in law's wedding a year later.

I asked Chamin to design a small dessert table for my wedding and boy did she deliver! She went above and beyond my request and expectations. She designed a table for both my cocktail hour and another for my reception. BOTH tables and all of their delicious creations were devoured before I could even get to them. Fortunately my thoughtful new husband had managed to grab me a few of the sweet treats to nibble on before they were gone ;-) And I am so glad he did, I would have been disappointed if I had missed out on the incredible treats Chamin had made! I gave Chamin a challenge. I needed a cake with NO corn. She accepted that challenge and delivered a wonderful cake. My family that can't eat corn was so excited to be able join in and eat cake. It was delicious! We all enjoyed a scrumptious dessert.

The lemon-raspberry cake I got for my mom's birthday was delicious! It was moist and light and so flavorful! It was light on the frosting just like I like it, but I'm sure she could accommodate you if you like lots of frosting. ;-) She had a lot of other cool desserts in the works when I was there too. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely use Chamin's services again!

Chamin made a table for my baby shower. I was shocked at the amazing detail that was put into it. It was an absolute work of art. She was even able to cater to a number of guests that had food restrictions. Everything was healthy and delicious. You could tell that she used top notch ingredients. I would highly recommend using her services. Her attention to detail is amazing and she is very professional. You can tell that she loves what she does and it shines through in her table masterpieces.

Chamin made some sweet little strawberry shortcake cupcakes for my daughters birthday party. You could really taste the fresh strawberries she used in these cute little cupcakes. They were not only beautiful but they tasted great too, adult and child approved!

For the past 4 years, I have used Chamin for all of our birthday party cakes! She's done a variety of cakes and projects for us... I was "in charge" of my son's wedding cake. I asked Chamin if she would be interested in baking one for them. Thankfully, she said "yes". I emailed a picture of the cake to her that my son and his "almost wife" wanted. (They lived in Alaska and the wedding was in Phoenix). The picture was beautiful...three layer with flowers on the cake. Chamin did an excellent job! It was beautiful and the best-tasting cake I have ever tasted. I highly recommend Chamin!!!!
